After a few requests for this I decided to have a go at it and try to make this work. Following my other "blacked" loras: BLACKED, Blacked Underwear and Piper Perri Meme.
You can use weight 1.0 but you should increase/decrease depending on the desired effect. Hires fix is needed to make the tattoo look sharp.
Trigger word: queen of spades symbol
You can try to add keywords associated with where you want the tattoo, e.g. on breasts, on crotch, on arm, etc. It may not always work exactly as you want to. But it should show up in most generations with weight 1.0 and the trigger word. See my example images for ideas. In my examples I combined with my BLACKED lora and by Blacked Underwear lora. Although the latter needs to be used with low weight.
(haven't tested on realistic or semi-realistic models yet, but it should work)
