Strength 0.6-0.8 is optimal.

So, it's trained mostly on Frost Death Knights, but Blood and Unholy works too.

Frost DK: wowdk, glowing blue eyes, skull armor, snow etc.
Unholy DK: wowdk, green skull armor, glowing green eyes, green ghost, undead etc.
Blood DK: wowdk, black skull armor, glowing red eyes, blood rain etc.

Also you may improve it with glowing eyes, skull armor, helmet, fur trim, cape, planted sword, glowing weapon

Please note that it's not the Arthas \ Lich King lora, i will make separate version for him.
